“The common denominator of all healing methods is love. A love that respects the uniqueness of each individual and empowers each person to take responsibility for his or her own well- being.”

Listen...... Communicate......Educate......
Throughout and during my sessions I continually put forth the effort to listen, express thoughts, feelings and information. Henceforth I encourage the wisdom of my clients to bring forth what already exists inside of them. I leave the session feeling honoured and wiser for having met them.
I am blessed to have a wonderful husband who is a great cook and very supportive. To complete our family we also have two beautiful children and two dogs. We have our daughter Bailey who is 19 and in her second year of University following her passions of psychology and soccer. Her 14 year old brother Thomas who has just entered high school, loves dedicating some of his free time as a volunteer. Finally we have our two dogs, one which is Maya our 3 year old Yorkie and Oscar which is our 2 year old Dachshund.
Beyond the passion of my work I love to take walks with my dogs, do yoga and pilates, volunteer and spend time in laughter with my friends and family. I love learning and painting.
